- Mobile + SEO setup
- Light branding (fonts, colours, vibe)
- Your content, formatted and finessed
- 1 round of revisions
- 30-minute handover + how-to session

Best for solo practitioners and small practices who
want to get online, simply and beautifully.

Intermediate Package - $2,400

Everything in the Essentials, plus more hands-on support and strategy.

Includes:
- Content writing + editing support
- Referral systems + consent form templates
- Policies + procedures
- Booking & enquiry system setup
- 2 x strategy consults to map direction + decisions

FAQs

1. Do I need to know how to use Squarespace?
No. We do the build, walk you through how to use it, and keep things simple and sustainable for you to manage (if you want to).

2. Can I write my own content, or do you help with that too?
We can work with what you have, write it from scratch, or edit and polish your words. It’s collaborative, low-pressure, and grounded in your voice.

3. Do you only work with therapists and allied health?
While we love working in the mental health and care space, we also support educators, creatives, and human-centered practitioners of all persuasions.

4. What if I’m not clear on what I need yet?
That’s totally okay. We often help people untangle ideas and clarify direction before any work begins. A consultation is a great place to start.

5. I hate technology. Will this be painful?
We hear that a lot. Our approach is grounded, kind, and non-judgmental. We’re here to make things feel more human, not more overwhelming.

6. Is Squarespace the only platform you build on?
Yes - and that’s intentional. It’s secure, affordable, easy to use, and beautifully flexible for our clients’ needs.

7. Can I update the website myself after it’s built?
Absolutely. You’ll get a handover session, support materials, and the option to ask for help later if you need a refresh or update.

8. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We can split your payment across two instalments depending, on the project and your needs. Just ask.

9. Can you help me build ethical digital systems too (not just websites)?
Yes. We work with clients to design low-stress, values-aligned systems — from referral processes to consent forms to digital boundaries.

10. How do we get started?
