Peer Exchange Network

The Peer Exchange Network is working to build knowledge, skills and community amongst therapeutic practitioners and students.

What is The Peer Exchange Project?

A new project working to build the knowledge, understanding & capacity of therapeutic practitioners and students.

The Project is not limited to one therapeutic modality.

Instead, the combined knowledge of many is valued.

The Peer Project seeks to:

  • Reduce gatekeeping & share the wisdom of many

  • Decolonise learning & professional development

  • Build strong & informed therapeutic communities.

Structure:

  • small groups of up to 6 practitioners & students

  • open to all therapeutic practitioners

  • meet online every 8 weeks to discuss a specific topic.

  • facilitated by Senior Social Worker & Counsellor, Sarah

  • sessions to run for 1.5 hours

  • groups to discuss, ask questions, share knowledge & critique current practice
